The solution for an oil-soaked concrete slab, we utilize hot-water pressure washers with surface cleaners to assist in degreasing the surface of grimy industrial floors. This process is performed before grinding or shot blasting, in preparation for successful adhesion of the flooring system to the concrete slab.

Degreaser is applied and scrubbed in, followed by hot-water pressure washing with surface cleaners. Client provides water, no reclaim.
Routine Maintenance Cleaning With Auto Scrubbers

10,000sqft – $0.23 per square foot
100,000sqft – $0.15 per square foot
An auto scrubber with a mild cleaner is utilized. Client provides water, no reclaim.
