Diamond Grinding
This method utilizes planetary floor grinders equipped with steel grinding segments infused with man-made diamonds to flatten a concrete slab, while profiling the surface for sealer or thin-mil coating systems. Other tooling can be attached to the machines in order to perform tasks such as honing, polishing, and also adhesive and coating removal.
Shot Blasting
A more efficient method to prepare a large or hard slab; blasting produces a more aggressive surface profile that is required for thick-mil flooring systems. Shot blasting also removes all of the concrete dust from the open pores of a profiled slab, promoting better adhesion of the coating that is to be applied.
Concrete Floor Cleaning
The solution for an oil-soaked concrete slab, we utilize hot-water pressure washers with surface cleaners to assist in degreasing the surface of grimy industrial floors. This process is performed before grinding or shot blasting, in preparation for successful adhesion of the flooring system to the concrete slab.
Concrete Floor Repair
Our installers are knowledgeable in all aspects of concrete floor repair; from crack remediation, divot repair, extensive patching, joint repair and filling, to floor leveling, resurfacing, and moisture mitigation.
