Extensive Crack and Divot Repair
1,000sqft – $1.50 per square foot
10,000sqft – $0.80 per square foot
20,000sqft – $0.60 per square foot
Prepare cracks and divots and fill with epoxy filler, then grind flush.
Floor Leveling
1,000sqft – $13.00 per square foot
10,000sqft – $9.00 per square foot
100,000sqft – $6.00 per square foot
Shot blasting with S330-390 media to achieve a CSP of 3-4, edges ground. A cementitious, self-leveling material is then applied.
